Hut Prices
Prices for bespoke huts very, depend on style, length and width. All huts are designed around a hand built chassis, which can be made out of a material of your choice: steel or wood.
Once you have decided the size of your hut, the chassis can be built.
The size of a basic hut is 16ft x 8ft. This comes fully insulated with 40mm MANNOCK THERM QF/QR HIGH PERFORMANCE PIR BOARD in the floor and walls. The roof is insulated with 150mm KNAUF EARTHWOOL LOFT ROLL INSULATION. Then the whole hut is wrapped in GLIDEVALE PROTECT TF200 CONSTRUCTION BREATHER MEMBRANE. (or equivalent).
Lighting and sockets, doors and two windows are included in the entry price of £15,000, excluding delivery. Lead time can be between 4-6 weeks.
The hut shown below, which is 18ft x 9ft, comes with fitted with kitchen, shower, toilet, wood burning stove, lighting, fully insulated, storage units and double bed.
The price for a similar hut would start at £28,000, excluding delivery. Lead time can be between 6 – 8 weeks.
As all huts are built to your design, prices will very depending on size, cladding interior design specification.
